Train
The State Library is a short walk from several stations on the City Circle line. The closest are:
Martin Place (T1/T2/T3/T4) — 5 min walk via Macquarie Street
St James (T4) — 3 min walk via Queens Square
Wynyard (T1/T2/T3) — 10 min walk via Bridge Street

Bus
Numerous bus routes stop along Macquarie Street directly in front of the library, including routes 324, 325, 327 and the CBD Transit Way services. Check Transport NSW for current timetables.
Ferry
Circular Quay Wharf is approximately a 15 minute walk from the library via Bridge Street and Macquarie Street.
Parking
Street parking is limited in the CBD. The closest public car parks are the Domain Car Park (Mrs Macquaries Road) and the Wilson Car Park on Hospital Road. We recommend public transport where possible.
Accessibility
